The shutter construction process involves using aluminum stile that is wrapped around a structural PVC core. This combination provides the shutter with both strength and durability. The finish is a two-part process certified in accordance with AAMA 2605. The top coat uses Sherwin Williams Polane paint with solar reflective properties, excellent color retention and superior abrasion resistance.
The Shutters have undergone rigorous testing to ensure their durability in harsh weather conditions. The paint used on the shutters is specifically designed to withstand humidity, intense sunlight and other harsh environments. The Shutters come with a lifetime warranty, and E-Class shutters are backed by 15-year warranty.
The Shutters are available in 26 standard colors AND custom color matching which provides a wide range of choices for customers who want to create a truly unique look.
