PVC Sheets, Beadboard & Soffit Panels

PVC sheets, beadboard, tongue & groove, and soffit panels provide low-maintenance, moisture-resistant solutions for covering wide areas and large surfaces in both exterior and interior applications. From bay windows and dormers to porch ceilings and roof overhangs, these products deliver the same rot-resistant, weather-resistant performance as PVC trim, now in panel and soffit formats designed for larger coverage areas. They do not require paint for protection but can be finished as needed, and will not rot, split, or deteriorate over time, offering flexibility in design across both traditional and contemporary applications.

 Wide Coverage Panels

Cover large areas faster with fewer seams using PVC sheets designed for dormers, bay windows, and other wide surface applications.

Ceiling & Wall Panels

Beadboard and tongue & groove panels create a clean, finished look for porch ceilings and walls, while resisting moisture, insects, and weather where wood would fail over time.

Soffit & Roof Systems

PVC soffit systems provide ventilation and long-term protection at roof overhangs, creating a clean, uniform finish with minimal maintenance over time.

PVC Sheets & Panel Systems

PVC Sheets

PVC sheets are designed to cover wide areas and large surfaces efficiently, reducing installation time compared to using multiple trim boards. Commonly used for dormers, bay windows, and raised panel applications, these sheets provide a clean, continuous surface with fewer seams and a more uniform finished appearance.

Available in smooth and woodgrain finishes, PVC sheets install using standard tools and fasteners while maintaining consistent performance across applications. The material resists moisture, insects, and weather exposure and will not rot, split, or cup over time. Sheets can be painted if a custom color is required, though no paint is needed for protection. Note: 3/8″ and 1/2″ sheets must be glued to a substrate and mechanically fastened, these profiles are not intended to be cut into trim pieces.

PVC Beadboard

PVC beadboard panels provide a classic, finished look commonly used for porch ceilings, soffits, and wall applications. Designed to replicate the appearance of traditional wood beadboard, these panels offer a low-maintenance alternative that resists moisture, insects, and weather exposure while maintaining a clean, consistent appearance over time.

PVC beadboard is available in multiple profile options, including traditional beadboard panels, edge and center bead designs, and larger sheet formats for wider coverage areas. Many profiles include integrated nailing flanges for easier installation and consistent spacing. The material is lightweight, durable, and designed to perform in exterior and high-moisture environments without rotting, splitting, or requiring ongoing maintenance.

PVC Tongue & Groove Panels

PVC tongue & groove panels provide a clean, finished look for porch ceilings, accent walls, and exterior applications. Available in tongue & groove profiles such as shiplap and nickel gap designs, these systems offer design flexibility to complement both traditional and contemporary styles, with installation possible in horizontal or vertical orientations.

PVC tongue & groove profiles are available in a crisp white semi-matte finish that complements a wide range of exterior styles. Painting is not required, but can be done if a custom color is desired. Shiplap and nickel gap (WP4) profiles install using standard tools and fasteners and are designed for consistent spacing and alignment across long runs. Shiplap profiles create a subtle overlapping joint with a soft shadow line, while nickel gap (WP4) profiles provide a more defined, consistent spacing between boards. The material resists moisture, insects, and weather exposure and is designed to provide long-lasting, low-maintenance performance.

PVC Soffit System

PVC soffit systems provide ventilation, protection, and a clean finished appearance along roof overhangs and eaves. Available in vented and non-vented profiles, these systems help manage airflow while supporting consistent roofline assemblies.

PVC soffit systems include vented and solid panels to support both airflow and full coverage where needed. Components are designed to fit together for simplified installation and consistent alignment across the entire roofline. Notched fascia connects directly to soffit panels, while grooved frieze boards create clean transitions between soffits and siding.

Vented Soffit

PVC vented soffit panel profile with integrated airflow vents for roofline ventilation

Provides continuous airflow to support proper roof ventilation and reduce moisture buildup. Designed with integrated venting for consistent performance.

Non-Vented Soffit

PVC non-vented soffit panel profile for solid roof overhang and ceiling applications

Solid panels sized to fit the system without precise cutting. Can be used alone or combined with vented panels for a balanced installation.

Notched Fascia

PVC notched fascia board profile designed for soffit system integration

Connects directly to soffit panels to frame and protect roof edges while maintaining a clean architectural finish.

Frieze Boards
