Square Faux Wood Beams

Lightweight, Durable, and Easy-to-Install Square Faux Beams

Our Square Faux Wood Beams combine timeless box-style design with modern durability, making them the ideal choice for ceilings, trusses, mantels, and decorative projects. Crafted from high-density polyurethane (urethane), these lightweight beams replicate the authentic texture of real timber with options like hand-hewn, rustic rough sawn, and smooth finishes. Unlike solid wood, they will never warp, crack, or attract pests and their hollow design allows you to easily cover structural beams, pipes, or wires for a clean, polished look. Easy to install for both DIY enthusiasts and professionals, these beams offer a smart, cost-effective solution for adding architectural character to any space. To suit a variety of styles and budgets, we proudly offer two distinct collections: Timberthane, with 25 finishes and extensive size options, and Heritage, featuring classic hand-crafted textures in 7 finishes.

Heritage Collection

Our Heritage beams are in-stock, budget-friendly, and ready to ship quickly. Crafted from lightweight polyurethane, they’re available in six textures and seven hand-applied colors to suit any design style. With wide range of Width × Height (WxH) size combinations that can be paired with any length from 6 ft to 24 ft, Heritage beams give you flexible options for ceilings, mantels, or trusses without the weight, cost, or long lead times of real wood.

**Note on Weight: Beam weight varies based on length, texture, and finish. For example, a 6-foot beam may weigh around 10 lbs, while a 24-foot version of the same style may weigh over 40 lbs. All beams are lightweight and designed for easy installation.**
